| Nora’s Cat y su jinete Héctor BerrÃos se acercan victoriosos a la meta en el Clásico Prensa HÃpica.

The three year old filly Nora’s Cat encountered no significant rivals during the course of the Clásico Prensa HÃpica, in which she imposed with a lead of nine lengths over the favorite Cuqui’s Love, who finished second in the event held with a distance of 1,900 metros this past Sunday, December 4, at the Hipódromo Camarero.
Nora’s Cat was skillfully conducted by expert jockey jinete Héctor BerrÃos, who ran his mount relaxed in the first 400 meters until the beginning of the first curve, where more acceleration was demanded in order to be placed in the lead, being threatened by the first two rivals of the race.
When 600 meters were left for the finishline, Nora’s Cat unlinked from the pack with great determination, entering the last stretch with the lead of nine lengths, kept until the end over Cuqui’s Love, who finished second followed by Thethiefatmidnight.
The winner stopped the teletimer in 2:04 69, becoming her first victory in Puerto Rico while being active at Hipódromo Camarero since July 16.
Nora’s Cat is a property of Reborn Stable and is trained by José Dan Vélez, who achieved his third stakes win of the year. Was conducted by Héctor BerrÃos, who has been its regular jockey and who fetched his fourth season victory in a stakes event.
The Pick-6 payed $68.10 with six winners and $3.15 with five. The winning digits were 3 – 6 – 1 – 3 – 3 – 4.
